Politecnico di Milano | Master Design for Development

The Specializing Master “Design for Development. Architecture, Urban Planning and Heritage in the Global South” (MDfD) of Politecnico di Milano aims to improve professional skills to face the challenges of inclusive, sustainable urban development in the Global South and in countries with emerging economies, according to SDG no. 11 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable). 

MDfD offers a high level of technical specialisation for professionals in the area of development related spatial issues, wishing to find employment with multilateral organisations and international agencies, institutions, research centres, companies, non-governmental organisations, non-profit associations, networks and professional studios dedicated to promoting design for spatial and environmental justice and the right to housing.

The Master will start in June 2024 and it will be held entirely in English.
