NewsNews and informationStipendijeWe are announcing our International Student Design Competition, “2021 Reimagining the Experience of Public Transportation in a Post-pandemic Metropolis”.
This design competition is part of a joint research initiative of the Concordia University Chair of Integrated Design, Ecology, and Sustainability for the Built Environment (IDEAS-BE) and the Canada Research Chair in Architecture, Competitions, Mediations of Excellence (CRC ACME) at Université de Montréal in collaboration with the Conseil régional de l’environnement de Montréal (CRE-Montreal) and the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM).
We are working together to mobilize creative narratives, design ideas, and principles for renewed public transportation experiences with increased urban resilience post-pandemic. This competition is open for registered students in arts, design, engineering, architecture, psychology, filmmaking, literature, sociology, marketing, and management. We invite multi-disciplinary teams, involving at least one designer.
