The KARAVAN promotional campaign took place

A series of events in the framework of KARAVAN (Karijere za Razvoj, Aktivaciju, Vidljivost i Angažman Naslijeđa) under the umbrella of #CultHeRit project took place in the academic year 2025/2026, hosted by the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Banja Luka.

As part of efforts to strengthen career orientation and professional engagement in the cultural heritage sector, we have successfully organized a series of Q&A sessions hosted at the Faculty, under the mentorship of our professors and in collaboration with heritage professionals. These interactive sessions brought together final-year students, recent graduates, and young professionals, offering them a valuable opportunity to openly discuss career paths, specialization opportunities, and current challenges in the cultural heritage and CHIM sector.

Through direct dialogue with experienced experts, participants received practical advice, constructive feedback, and insights into the realities of working in heritage-related professions. The sessions also created a safe and inspiring space for students to share their aspirations, doubts, and ideas, while helping us better understand the needs and expectations of the next generation of heritage professionals. The key questions and topics raised during these discussions will inform our future activities and follow-up initiatives aimed at supporting young talent in entering and shaping the sector.
