BAM 120,000 as Awards for Professors and Teaching Assistants

At its 15th session held on 26 September 2022, the Steering Board of the University of Banja Luka issued the Decision on Announcing the Cash Award Contest for Professors and Teaching Assistants at the University of Banja Luka for International Results Achieved in Scientific Research and Education for 2021, the total monetary fund for the cash awards being BAM 120.000.

As stated in the Decision of the Steering Board, the University of Banja Luka is announcing a contest for the assigning of cash awards to professors and teaching assistants at the University of Banja Luka for the results achieved, outstanding work and accomplishments made in their scientific research and education in 2021, in three categories, as follows:

1) for the assignment of cash awards to professors and teaching assistants who are authors of indexed research papers,

2) for the assignment of cash awards to professors and teaching assistants who are managers, coordinators or participants in international research projects, and

3) for the assignment of cash awards to professors and teaching assistants who are coordinators or contact persons for the Erasmus+ projects – Key Acton 2 – Capacity Building.

The plan is to assign up to BAM 100,000 total for the cash awards to professors and teaching assistants who are authors of indexed research papers, while the monetary fund for the cash awards to professors and teaching assistants who are managers, coordinators or participants in international research projects totals up to BAM 15,000. Professors and teaching assistants who are coordinators or contact persons for the Erasmus+ projects – Key Action 2 – Capacity Building, will be awarded with the monetary fund of up to BAM 5,000.

The contest will be open for 15 days of its publishing on the web page of the University (www.unibl.org), where all the additional information on this contest may be found.

The University Awards Committee is in charge of receiving documents and evaluating the candidates. After evaluating and ranking the candidates, the Committee will submit a written opinion along with reasoning to the Steering Board of the University for further decision-making.
