The goal | ||||
The course aims to bring students closer to contemporary ideas in the field of architecture, with an emphasis on pluralism and diversity of architectural programs today. The activity of an architect is presented through the multi-layered social significance that architecture has in shaping the world around us. Finally, through learning about the top ranges of current trends in architecture, we come to develop our own visionary ideas of the architecture of tomorrow.
The outcome | ||||
Learning outcomes are multiple. Above all, students gain knowledge about the world's strongest architectural teams, the ways in which they operate, communication with clients and society, and interaction with architecture. Also, through the study of case studies, students acquire the competencies to analyze and understand all the details that have been applied in a project, whether they are of an architectural or financial nature. By working on individual assignments, students will develop their own visionary and other advanced ideas, in the context of the transition of today’s architecture to tomorrow’s architecture. The ultimate goal of the work on the lectures and exercises is the development of one's own, original ideas, which are a step beyond the analyzed examples and seen solutions.
